My favorite artist -- John Avon

well....today instead of talking about TCG, i will give a bit of a introduction on one of my favorite artist, John Avon.

A regular on MTG artworks, he has made many card arts for MTG. Beside that, he also do cover arts for books, music CD covers, and advertisements.

I've found an interview session with John Avon by one of the MTG website articel writer, Toby Wacher.
It has a brief history on John Avon himself and some insightful comments by John Avon on MTG. It also contains some of John Avon's best work with MTG and his comments on them.

Beside working on cover arts and MTG card arts, recently I've found his name on a RPG campign book, Eberron Campaign Setting (2004) as an interior artist. Which I can say his art in there is still Superb!
